What we are
We started Flow Nexus AI because most AI work for UK SMEs was being sold one of two ways: a generic SaaS subscription that never quite fits, or a six-figure consultancy engagement that ends at “deployed”.
We do neither. Every system we ship is custom-engineered for one business — yours. We build it with you, ship it in 30 days, and stay on it after launch — because AI workflows are only as useful as how reliably they run on day 90.
Our work spans bespoke AI, automated workflows, and custom websites — whatever actually moves the needle for your business. That includes specialist builds like Virtual Clerking for UK education governance — AI-assisted clerking for school and multi-academy-trust boards, with the human-in-the-loop design that statutory governance requires.
